C & S Paving was incorporated in the State of Georgia in 1979. Our primary work includes asphalt paving, grading, milling, concrete and drainage structures.
The size and requirements of jobs are as diverse as the needs of the people we serve. The same attention is given to the "Street Cuts" performed for Georgia Power as to the taxiways and overruns constructed for the United States Air Force, or the "Zero Tolerance" requirements of the Olympic running track.
The work is typically performed under competitive bid for fixed-price contracts. The length of the contracts varies but is normally less than one year.
Many of the projects are not typical for the industry. They may present unique opportunities, or require extensive knowledge of regulations for their successful completion. Our personnel are knowledgeable in city, county, state and federal specifications. We pride ourselves on the ability to work well with all governing agencies.
